Nuts are concentrated foods: they pack fiber, fat and calories into a small weight. That makes a per-100-g ranking useful for comparison, but not a great description of how people usually eat them. A typical serving is closer to 1 ounce, or 28 g.

Almonds do lead, but the gap between almonds and pistachios is well under 1 g of fiber in a normal serving. That is a meaningful difference on paper, not a reason to treat the others as low-fiber foods.
Serving size matters because calories are concentrated too
One hundred grams of almonds provides roughly 579 calories. One ounce is about 164 calories and around 3.5 g of fiber. The serving-level figure is far more useful for planning a snack.
